Mr. Beadle is the Chairman and co-founder of the national not-for-profit “The Health Project” which is a White House-supported institute. He is also a Director of the Search for Solutions Institute and its Imagine Solutions Conferences. He is the former Chairman of the American Benefits Council (formerly APPWP, advocates for private employee benefits affecting 100 million Americans), former Chairman of the Global Alliance for Health Solutions and he is the Founding Director of the Worksite Health Promotion Alliance; Health Enhancement Research Organization; and Employers’ Council on Flexible Benefits.

Mr. Bennett serves as the CEO of the national non-profit United Cerebral Palsy (UCP). As Executive Director of UCP of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties from 1978-1986, he developed housing and assisted living facilities and advanced public policy for people with disabilities at both the state and federal levels. He was the CEO of AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) from 1989-1992, where he was credited with saving one of the nation’s largest AIDS service organizations from bankruptcy.

The “Founding Partner” of one of the largest and most influential Accounting and Financial Management firms in Southern California, Mr. Karlin additionally serves on the board of the Screen Actors Guild Pension and Welfare Foundation and has direct knowledge of low income and geriatric individuals.

Mr. Moya is the former Senior Managing Partner for one of the largest Marketing and Public relations firms in the US. He was also one of five senior corporate officers for a Fortune 200 healthcare company, and has extensive national ties to the Hispanic Community on a number of levels. He has extensive experience with low income and highly distressed communities.

Dr. Robert Naismith has 30+ years of serial entrepreneurship and financial transaction experience. He currently serves as Chairman of JUJAMA, a provider of networking technology for conferences and meetings. Over his career, Dr. Naismith has started a number of research, analytics and investment entities, primarily in the biosciences sector. He also works with a number of education and research organizations around the world, including serving as the former Chairman of the Commonwealth Medical College in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ozaki is the CEO of The Queen Lili’uokalani Trust, which oversees $600 million of real estate and financial assets dedicated to helping Hawaiian orphans and destitute children. Mr. Ozaki has worked for over 30 years with low income and distressed communities.

As Chairman and Managing Partner of one of the leading healthcare strategy and investment firms in the US, Dr. Sokolov also serves as a Director of the National Health Foundation, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and a Director of two publicly-traded (NYSE and NASDAQ) healthcare companies. He chairs several Quality/Compliance sub committees of the boards upon which he serves.

In addition to his responsibilities as CEO at one of the largest referral centers in western Nebraska, Dr. Sorensen is also President of the Rural Nebraska Healthcare Network (RNHN) made up of the CEOs of all the Critical Access Hospitals in the Nebraska Panhandle.  The RNHN received a $17 million award from the FCC in their Rural Healthcare Pilot Project for construction of a fiber optic communications network in the region, which is currently under construction.  RNHN also has Flex and SHIP grant funds that are primarily rural-focused and incorporate low-income issues as well. 

Mr, Street is the National Healthcare Practice Leader/Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend, a large, international law firm. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Health Care Law and is the Chairman for the Metro Atlanta Advisory Board of the American Heart Association.  In addition, he serves as the head of the Lisa Street Foundation, an organization that oversees programs benefiting low income, educationally-disadvantaged individuals.
